Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partners.  However, we never retain your credit card number or credit card CCV code or credit card expiration date.

We may collect demographic information about you, demographic information about your relative(s)/ our resident(s) and  demographic information about all users of our website obtained through you or your relatives, or any other demographic information provided by you or your relatives during the use of our website. We will share information with the event organizers. We share your information with event organizers and other parties responsible for fulfilling your assisted living needs at HEAL REST. The event organizers and other parties may use the information we give them as described in HEAL REST's  privacy policies, and consistent with Federal, State and Local Laws. 

We will share information with our business partners. This includes a third party who collaborates with HEAL REST regarding its medical services, regarding its personal services and regarding its activities with the sole goal of  enhancing all facets of your stay at HEAL REST. Our partners use the information we give them as described in HEAL REST's privacy policies, and consistent with the Federal, State and Local Laws. 

We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests.  In addition, we may also share information when we are investigating potential fraud or care neglect or financial neglect. 

We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction.

We may share your information for special reasons and circumstances not described in this policy.  However, you will be properly information  before any sharing related to special reasons and circumstances is conducted.
